Bedford Middle School’s Math Team made Westport proud at the 2025 Connecticut MATHCOUNTS State Round at Yale University, where they competed against many of the state’s top schools and nearly 200 of Connecticut’s strongest math students. The BMS team—Peter Dominguez, Rohan Gowthaman, Yuliia Kostornichenko, and team captain Julie Ye—delivered an outstanding performance, finishing among the top 10 teams in the state. Peter Dominguez and Julie Ye also placed among the top 50 students statewide. Congratulations to these students on their hard work, persistence, and impressive achievements this season.
