Sixteen talented student musicians from Bedford Middle School were selected to participate in the Western Region Music Festival held March 5–6 at Sacred Heart University.
After a rigorous audition process, these students earned the opportunity to represent Westport at the two-day regional festival, where they rehearsed and performed alongside top student musicians from across Fairfield County under the direction of distinguished guest conductors.
Participation in the Western Region Music Festival recognizes both musical excellence and dedication. Students spent the two-day event working intensively with peers and professional conductors to prepare challenging repertoire for culminating ensemble performances.
