I-95 From New York

  1. Take Exit 18 (Sherwood Island Connector)
  2. Follow signs to Westport and Route 1 (Post Road East)
  3. Turn left on to Route 1
  4. Make sharp right turn (directly behind Bertucci's restaurant on to Long Lots Road
  5. Proceed on Long Lots Road for about 3/4 mile to the 3-way stop sign
  6. Turn left at 3-way stop sign on to North Avenue
  7. Entrance to Bedford Middle School is about 1 mile on the right - just past Staples High School


I-95 From Bridgeport / New Haven

  1. Take Exit 19. At bottom of exit, proceed straight to Post Road.
  2. Turn right onto Post Road.
  3. At the 5th light, turn right onto North Turkey Hill.
  4. North Turkey Hill to stop sign.
  5. At stop sign, turn left onto Long Lots Road.
  6. Long Lots Road for about 150 feet to stop sign.
  7. At stop sign, turn right onto North Avenue.
  8. Follow North Avenue a little more than a mile, past Staples High School, to Bedford
  9. Middle School on the right. It's 88 North Avenue. Busses, be sure to swing wide when turning into driveway.


From Merritt Parkway (Route 15)

  1. Take Exit 42 (Westport / Weston) turning toward Westport at end of ramp (from New
  2. York, turn left. From Bridgeport, turn right).
  3. Take left at fork in road to 1st stop sign
  4. Proceed straight to 2nd stop sign and turn left on to Cross Highway
  5. Proceed on Cross Highway to 4-way stop sign at North Avenue
  6. Turn right on to North Avenue. Entrance to Bedford Middle School is 3/4 of a mile
  7. on the left.
