About BMS PTA

Westport has some of the best schools available -- and parent participation in the process takes our schools to the next level! That’s why we encourage every BMS family to JOIN THE PTA.

When you join the BMS PTA and you know you are supporting the collaborative efforts of parents, teachers and administrators to enhance the social, emotional and curriculum experience of Bedford students. Your dues go directly toward the many programs offered by the PTA.

The BMS PTA is a not-for-profit organization that receives 100% of its funding from parent contributions, fundraising programs and PTA dues. This money is then used to directly benefit our students and staff. The PTA runs over 40 programs throughout the year including community events for our students, teacher grant programs to support innovative learning opportunities, and events to connect our parents with the school.
