Bedford Middle School students demonstrated unity and compassion during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by “turning the school pink” in a Spirit & Leadership Club-led event that encouraged everyone to wear pink and distributed awareness wristbands. The initiative promoted empathy, education, and community spirit while highlighting the club’s commitment to fostering inclusivity and student leadership.

Students, staff, and families came together last Thursday at Bedford Middle School to celebrate Hispanic Heritage and Italian American Heritage with an afternoon filled with food, music, dancing, and crafts. The event honored the rich cultural traditions of both communities while fostering connection and appreciation among students.
